If your products arrived damaged, please contact us providing proof of the damaged items the same day your order arrives.
Vegallia / Tinajita, LLC cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of your order due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address information. Once a package has shipped, we are not able to change the delivery address. Please ensure there will be someone to receive the package the same day it arrives to place it inside a freezer. You may be eligible for a refund if you meet these conditions and damage to the product occurs during delivery. Please provide proof of damage at the moment your receive your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check the following:

- Contact your credit card company, some companies take longer than others to issue a refund.
- Contact your bank representative, some banks take longer than others to issue a refund.
