Local Delivery

We offer free delivery if you order within a 20-mile radius from our production center. Just write in your delivery address at checkout and our system will automatically indicate if you qualify for this service.

Deliveries are scheduled based on your location.

Please check your email for a confirmation after placing an order on our site. We’ll be contacting you to indicate the date and time of delivery. We’ll also confirm that there will be someone available to receive your gelato to store it in a freezer to avoid a meltdown!

Shipping

WHEN: Orders are shipped via FedEx. The shipping days are from Monday through Thursday to avoid your package being late during the weekend.

Orders in Florida will be delivered the next day or the day after.

Orders in all other states will be delivered overnight. We are not offering shipping to Alaska & Hawaii at the moment.

HOW: Leave it to the experts! We’ll pack your gelato in a shipping box that, on the inside, is covered with thermic insulation to keep freezing temperatures from the dry ice. Dry ice won’t cause any melting and its surface temperature is -109°F—so please be careful not to touch it. We’ll add enough dry ice to guarantee that your gelato is delivered in perfect condition.

Note: We can fit up to 8 pints per box and the shipping rate will stay the same.

QUALITY: We love to please our clients with the best gelato. To ensure your order will arrive in perfect conditions and guarantee your delivery, we must have the complete and correct address.

ONCE YOU GET IT: Yes, you finally received your order and can’t wait to try Vegallia! We understand the excitement, but please allow a few minutes for product to unfreeze from the dry ice. It’s recommend to place your gelato in the freezer and let it sit for a little while. Once you are ready to dig in, serve at room temperature to indulge in a creamy experience.

COST:

Shipping ice cream can be costly due to warehouse labor, dry ice, expedited shipping, and more… However, you can help us bring delicious, plant-based treats to your area by convincing your local grocery store to carry Vegallia ice cream.
